Reflexology
Reflexology if you aren't happy about being touched on your body reflexology is a treatment suitable for you it is a gentle non invasive treatment using a medium of your choice, on the feet only.
It involves finger and/or thumb pressure to the reflexes on the foot. These reflexes mirror organs and glands in your body

Reflexology Lymph Drainage
This treatment is carried out on the feet to help reduce swelling and lymphedema of the limbs. It is non evasive and stimulates the lymphatic system through the reflex points on the foot.
This can help the body clear toxins and reduce swelling particularly in the arms without actually touching them, reducing pain and discomfort. As well as moving excess fluid, it can help trigger the parasympathetic nervous system to help relax and aid sleep
I also use lotion bars containing oils that can help stimulate lymph flow and reduce fluid retention

Oncology Massage
Oncology Massage is a gentle wellbeing massage for those undergoing or recovering from treatment as such it is a blend of massage techniques bespoke to the needs of your body and is to aid circulation, emotional wellbeing releasing endorphins rather than a manipulation massage.
Please note appointment time includes consultation and understanding your needs, I work with your body intuitively and will not push past what your body can cope with it is not a full hour of massage.
